NECHO invests in the professional development of its community members by offering training programs, mentorship initiatives, and access to online resources to help Cameroonian tech professionals enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

NECHO has developed partnerships with local tech hubs, incubators, and government agencies in Cameroon, as well as international companies and recruiters, to identify and promote the capabilities of Cameroonian tech talent and expand the job opportunities available to its members.
